Return & Refund Policy
30-Day Return Window
Contact us within 30 days of receiving your purchase to request a return. Ordinary returns must be unused, in original condition and in the original packaging. For these makeup tools, the protective inner brush packaging must remain unopened for an ordinary change-of-mind return.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact [email protected] with your order number, an explanation and relevant photographs if available. The unopened-packaging condition for change-of-mind returns does not prevent reporting these problems. Once reviewed, we will arrange an appropriate refund or replacement with you.
Request Authorization First
Email [email protected] with your order number and reason. Obtain authorization and return instructions before sending a parcel. Authorized returns go to Elymenta, 15 A Rue Des Cheminots, 57600 Forbach, France.
Return Shipping and Fees
Elymenta pays applicable return shipping when the issue is our error, a damaged item or a defective item. For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping to France, which may involve international shipping costs. There is no restocking fee.
Refunds
After a refund is approved, the funds will be returned automatically to the original payment account within 10 calendar days. Contact us if you need help locating an approved refund.
